ENCQOR is coordinated in Quebec by
SMEs ACCESSING THE ENCQOR 5G IPAAS TESTBED TO BUILD THEIR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES WILL BE AMONG THE FIRST TO SCALE AND COMMERCIALIZE 5G-ENABLED SOLUTIONS, GIVING THEM A CONSIDERABLE FIRST-TO-MARKET ADVANTAGE IN THE GLOBAL ECONOMY.

Accessing the 5G Innovation Platform as a Service (iPaaS) Testbed
ENCQOR is building a network of 5G testbed to enable companies from all size and shape, IT professionals, researchers form the public or private sector and post grad students to get early access to a state-of-the-art 5G development platform for prototyping new products and services. Quebec innovation hubs are now open and Ontario innovation hubs will be online soon.
With potential speeds of up to 10 gigabits per second, increased network capacity and ultra-low latencies of milliseconds, 5G will be critical to delivering a whole new generation of products and services to the marketplace, including connected and autonomous vehicles, remote healthcare, virtual/augmented reality, smart cities, and new Internet of Things (IoT) applications.

ENCQOR 5G STREAMS
ENCQOR 5G has four distinct streams focused on supporting small-to-medium sized enterprises across Ontario and Québec, assisting in the pre-development of research, collaboration and vital testing of 5G technologies.
ENCQOR 5G has five Digital Innovation Hubs, located in both Ontario and Québec, that will provide open access to state-of-the-art 5G infrastructure and technology. The Hubs are located in the following five communities:
